- Energy - We have a finite amount of energy, and we have been gifted with the miracle of “choice” in how we use that finite amount of energy.
- History of our eating habits and impact of our past history on our future habits.

@TracieHillard - It was so great connect today, and congratulations on your new phase of life! Let us keep in touch on this discourse portal until we figure out our futures schedules.
@Chris I look forward to continuing chatting this way as we keep moving toward skillful decisions to better our health!
@Chris I hope things have been going well with you! I know I’ve def been doing more stress eating…so I’d say I’ve only been about 35% skillful. I hope you’ve been more skillful!
@Chris I hope things have been going for you. I kept meaning to message and see how things were going with you. I hope you’ve been able to continue with more skillful eating. I have been up and down with the busy schedule, but I’d say it’s been about 60-70 % skillful or mindful choices. I hope you are doing well!
@TracieHillard - I am back online after recent medical issues, and it’s good to hear from you. I just completed one minor surgical procedure, which went well, and am now preparing for surgery next month.
Definitely more aware of the importance of nutrition and diet after these recent health issues. Glad to return to this FlexFit discourse. Overall I would say I’m eating skillfully around 50 / 50 percent of the time. My goal is to continue to improve on that percentage, because moving forward I need to eat like my life depends on it.
@TracieHillard - Hope you are settling into your recent new work changes and schedule. Just letting you know I am steadily working on improving health and diet.
Also, just wanted to let everyone in the @FlexFit group know that I will be heading into surgery this week, so I have a renewed focus and attention on good health!
